The Disc Pulverizer is Maxoout's most popular model, engineered for high-speed, precision grinding of PVC and other thermoplastic materials. The machine uses two hardened grinding discs — one rotating at high RPM — to shear plastic granules into fine powder.

Key to its performance is the innovative housing design with dual air and water cooling, which keeps powder temperatures low and protects material quality throughout the grinding process. The disc gap is adjustable with a simple correction mechanism, allowing operators to quickly fine-tune output particle size without downtime.

Discs are machined from German premium alloy steel in a single piece and treated with superior surface hardening to extend working life significantly beyond standard market alternatives.
